Prepared by: Charity Helpers Foundation
Date: 2025-06-14
Version: 1.0

---

**CONCEPT SUMMARY**
Glide Clash is a scooter-based floor hockey competition layered with cone maze navigation. Players maneuver through a shifting obstacle course while passing a puck and trying to score goals—all while staying seated on floor scooters.

---

**REQUIRED EQUIPMENT**

- Seated floor scooters (4–6 per team)
- Soft plastic pucks or foam discs
- Short plastic hockey sticks
- Cones for maze formation
- Small collapsible goals
- Stopwatch/timer
- Jerseys or pinnies

---

**FIELD LAYOUT**

- 30’ x 20’ gym space or smooth court
- Cone maze spread across midfield
- Goals at each end zone
- Designated neutral “reset zone” for turnovers

---

**PLAYER ROLES**

- 4–5 players per team (3 on field, 1–2 subs)
- 1 goalie (optional, depending on skill level)
- All players remain seated on scooters during play

---

**GAME OBJECTIVE**

Score goals by navigating the puck through a maze-filled midfield and past the opposing goalie. Maintain scooter balance while coordinating passes and defense.

---

**BASIC RULES**

1. Players must remain seated on scooters at all times.
2. The puck must travel through the cone maze before each goal attempt.
3. Goals made outside the maze path are disqualified.
4. Players may not use hands to advance the puck—sticks only.
5. Contact between scooters is allowed within reason, but no collisions.
6. If a player tips off their scooter, possession changes.

---

**VARIATIONS / SCALING IDEAS**

- **Mirror Mode**: Cone maze resets every 2 minutes
- **Goal Swap**: Teams switch goals mid-game
- **Timed Challenges**: Score as many maze-cleared goals in 3 minutes
- **Blind Cone**: One cone in the maze hides a “reset” penalty

---

**STAT TRACKING SUGGESTIONS**

- Goals scored
- Maze passes completed
- Scooter flips
- Assists
- Turnovers forced

---

**NOTES**
Glide Clash emphasizes teamwork, scooter handling, and puck control. Best for indoor environments with smooth floors. Use adaptable cones and rules for skill development or large group play.
